HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

  • Purchases made on or after Nov 15, 2024 are eligible for STORE CREDIT or an EXCHANGE only until January 15, 2025, with proof of purchase.
  • All gift items, hats, accessories, jewelry, bodysuits, and discounted items are FINAL SALE.
  • All door busters, seasonal and sale items are FINAL SALE.
  • Β All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free of smoke/perfume scents, and have the original tags attached.
  • Β Exchanges are dependent on stock availability. If the requested stock or style is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping and handling of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Β We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items show signs of wear, misuse, or damage.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return and a store credit will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
