Return Policy
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
- Purchases made on or after Nov 15, 2024 are eligible for STORE CREDIT or an EXCHANGE only until January 15, 2025, with proof of purchase.
- All gift items, hats, accessories, jewelry, bodysuits, and discounted items are FINAL SALE.
- All door busters, seasonal and sale items are FINAL SALE.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free of smoke/perfume scents, and have the original tags attached.
- Exchanges are dependent on stock availability. If the requested stock or style is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
- The customer is responsible for shipping and handling of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items show signs of wear, misuse, or damage.
To process a return:
- Please refer to the Return Policy above and check your return meets the requirements.
- Email us at contact@loveokie.com and let us know what item(s) will you be returning.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return and a store credit will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
