How does in-store pickup work?

Please have your order confirmation email available when picking up your items. If you are unable to collect your order within 72 hours, we kindly ask that you contact us to make arrangements. If an order remains uncollected, we will attempt to contact you for the next 48 hours using the information provided. If we are unable to make contact, the items will be restocked.


When will my in-store pickup order be ready?

In-store orders will be ready within 4 hours after your order is placed. Once your order is ready, we will send an email to the email address provided. To guarantee same-day pickup, we recommend placing your order at least 4 hours before our store closes.


Will you be restocking this item?

While most of our pieces are only available for a limited time, we do try to restock our most popular items when possible. If you see something you love, contact us via email at contact@loveokie.com or call our store, and we will double-check our inventory for you. If that item is truly out of stock, we will gladly make note to notify you if and when it is restocked.


Do you have any coupon codes available?

To stay informed about any available coupon codes, discounts, and sales, sign up for our loyalty program or follow us on Instagram (@shop.loveokie). We always post giveaways, codes, and promotions there first.


Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available on orders of $99 or more. Occasionally, we also offer promotions that include free shipping. To stay updated on current offers, we recommend following us on social media or signing up for our loyalty program.


How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed the same day, depending on store traffic. For this reason, orders placed over the weekend may be processed the following Monday. We ship via USPS or UPS, with carrier pickups occurring once per day, Monday through Friday.

Please note that shipping times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or peak shopping periods due to increased order volume and carrier delays.


How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email directly from USPS or UPS as soon as your item has shipped.


Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address, please call our store as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before a shipping confirmation has been sent. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.


Can I cancel my order?

Once you have received shipping confirmation, your order cannot be cancelled. You may return or exchange the order according to our returns and exchanges policy.


What do I do if my package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, it is outside of our direct control. We recommend first checking with neighbors or around your delivery location in case of a delivery error. You should then contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email for further assistance.


Do you carry petite or plus sizes?

Most of our items are in common straight sizes (small, medium, and large). When possible, we try our best to carry extended sizes, but this is ultimately dependent on vendor availability. For sizing information, please refer to our sizing guides.


Which items are final sale?

All sale items, gift cards, earrings, hats, hair accessories, bodysuits, and adhesive bras are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


How long are gift cards valid for?

Gift cards do not expire.


Why does my order not show up when I log in?

Guest orders cannot be linked to an account. If you have an account but selected guest checkout, you will not be able to view your order status in your account; however, you will still receive email notifications. We recommend creating an account during checkout for full updates and order tracking.


I never received my order or shipping confirmations.

First, please check your spam folder to ensure your order updates were not filtered there. If you are still unable to locate your confirmations, please call our store for further assistance.


I purchased an item a few days ago and now see you’re having a sale. Can you price adjust my order?

Our store policy is that we do not offer price adjustments for previously purchased items. As a small, local business, we run varying promotions throughout the year. Additionally, our system does not allow us to adjust orders placed prior to new discounts being activated.
