Holiday Return Policy

First, thank you for shopping with Love Okie! If you do not love your purchase, we will gladly issue store credit for the value of any eligible items purchased on or after November 22, 2025. This holiday return policy is valid through January 15, 2026, with proof of purchase.

Return Policy

We take great pride in offering carefully curated styles and exceptional customer service. If you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will gladly issue store credit for the value of any eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery.

All returned items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, free of smoke or perfume scents, and have original tags attached. Shoes being returned must be in their original shoe box and show no sizes of wear. 

Exchanges are dependent on stock availability. If the requested item, size, or style is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale, seasonal, and door buster items
Gift cards
Jewelry 
Hats and hair accessories
Bodysuits
Intimates and adhesive bras
Discounted items

Shipping & Processing

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your return once it has been received. Store credit will be issued to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if items show signs of wear, misuse, damage, or do not meet the requirements outlined above. If a return is refused, you will be contacted via email and the item(s) will be returned to the customer at your expense.

Return Methods

In Store

Online and in-store purchases may be returned or exchanged in person at our Love Okie location. Simply bring the item(s) along with your original receipt or order confirmation, and our team will be happy to assist you with a return for store credit or an exchange.

A government-issued ID may be requested for in-store returns. This is used solely to help prevent return abuse and protect our small business. Any information collected is not sold or shared.

By Mail

If you are unable to return your item in store, approved merchandise may be returned by mail in accordance with our return policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To begin a by-mail return, please email contact@loveokie.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once received and approved, store credit will be issued to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be processed after it is delivered to us. All original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you choose to use your own shipping method, we recommend selecting a trackable and insured shipping service. Love Okie is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages during transit.
